Data collected
Depending on the form, we receive your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country, type of need and message. To protect the form against abuse, we also record the page used, the referring page, the connection country and an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address: your IP address is never stored in clear.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request, prepare the discussion or proposal you ask for, organise a training session you request and protect the form against abuse. We do not sell it and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Recipients
Only the K INFO INT staff handling your request can access it, together with our technical providers (Vip Domaine hosting, email). If your project requires it, and with your consent, your contact details may be shared with our partner in your country.
Where data is hosted
The data is hosted in Tunisia. If you are located in the European Union, it is transferred to Tunisia in order to handle your request.
Retention period
Requests are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS; access to requests is password-protected and limited to authorised staff.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when pages are displayed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@kinfoint.com. We reply within one month. These rights derive from Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 and, for people located in the European Union, from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may also contact Tunisia's national personal data protection authority (INPDP) or the authority in your country (CNIL in France, Data Protection Authority in Belgium).
